A Simply Elegant DinnerA SIMPLY ELEGANT DINNER - Italian Chicken Sausage & Spinach with Penne Pasta

1 lb. DeCecco Penne Pasta - 1 Quart Absolutley Creamy Vodka Sauce - 1/2 lb. Spinach - 3 Links of Toski Sands House-Made Chicken Italian Sausage - Shredded Parmesan

Cook pasta in boiling water till al dente (approximately 12 minutes).  Lightly wilt spinach over medium low heat in a large saute pan with a 1/4 cup water or white wine.  Add the Absolutely Creamy Vodka Sauce to the pan and continue to cook on medium low heat.  Cut the Chicken Italian Sausage into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices.  Add to pasta sauce and heat through.  Serve over penne pasta or toss penne pasta with sauce and serve. Top with shredded parmesan.
