Our Meat Department Manager Bud has been cutting meat for over 50 years. We will cut your meat to order, and special orders are welcome.
We pride ourselves in carrying only the best meats available. Our beef is USDA Choice and aged for 21+ days. We trim and cut it to give you the ultimate flavor. We have two chefs and a staff that loves to cook. They're happy to assist and share preparation ideas and recipes.
