Melt the butter in a small sauté pan. Add the cilantro and fresh lime juice.
Foil a baking sheet large enough to fit the fish in one layer, skin side down. Wrap the fish fins with foil so they don’t burn. Brush melted cilantro lime butter over the flesh. Season with lime sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
Broil for 7-8 minutes or until the flesh just starts to separate and it is no longer translucent. Drizzle a little more lime juice over the fish and serve immediately.
