Preparing the Chicken
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil. Season the chicken thighs with salt & fresh ground pepper. Brown both sides of the thigh (about 5-6 minutes per side). Remove from pan and set to the side.
Preparing the Mushrooms
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In the same pan, over medium heat, sauté the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes. Add the garlic and continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream. Season with salt & fresh ground pepper. Add the chicken thighs to the pan and place in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes.
Preparing the Noodles
  1. While the chicken is cooking. Heat water with a pinch of salt to a boil. Cook pasta for approximately 7 minutes. Drain.
Recipe Notes

Place chicken thighs over pasta and smother in morel mushroom sauce. Broccolini is a great side dish for this meal.
