This is so perfect when serving Grilled Steaks. Sprinkle some of it over your steak.

  1. Slowly simmer the above ingredients until it reduces to a 1 ½ cups. This should take about 1 1/2 hours. After an hour of simmering, remove the cloves and the cinnamon stick. Let cool and refrigerate. Serve over your favorite blue cheese. You can refrigerate the reduction for 2-3 weeks or freeze it.
