Crooked Tree Art Center's Sabayon with Berries

- 6 Egg Yolk
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Lemon Juice - fresh
- Grand Marnier
- 2 tbsp Berries - (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, black berries)
Simmer water in a double boiler over medium heat. In the stainless steel bowl of the double boiler, whisk egg yolks, sugar and a few drops of lemon juice. Continue whisking for 4 to 5 minutes until you have the consistency of lightly whipped cream. Remove from heat and add Grand Marnier to taste.
Take berries (sliced if needed such as with strawberries) place in separate bowl with sugar. Lightly mix berries to coat with sugar.
Place berries in a wine glass and top with sauce.
