The Ultimate Olive Burger
A creamy olive sauce with the slightest kick on a burger topped with Jarlsberg Cheese.
- 4 burger patties
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1 ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 3/4 cup stuffed green olives finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- Pinch cayenne pepper optional
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tablespoon melted butter olive oil or spray with Pam
- 4 slices Jarlsberg Cheese
- 4 pieces Green Leaf Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
Season the burgers with steak seasoning. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, olives, celery salt and cayenne pepper in a small bowl and set to the side.
Brush the buns with melted butter or olive oil.
Grill the burgers and the buns. Top with Jarlsberg Cheese. Assemble the burger with leaf lettuce, tomato, and olive sauce.
