Asian Slaw with Shrimp Tart
We took Toski Sands House-Made Coleslaw and dressed it up with a bit of Asian flavor. Served it in a fillo shell and topped it with a shrimp. Makes approximately 30 appetizers.
- Cook 15 large shrimp (26-30 ct). Cool and slice in half horizontally.
- To one pound of Toski Sands House-Made coleslaw, add 5 sliced green onions, 1 teaspoon Ponzu sauce and ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes. Season with kosher salt & fresh ground pepper.
- Fill fillo tarts with coleslaw. Top with half a shrimp. Garnish with sliced green onion.
