Lamb Sausage with Lemon Hummus on a Hummus Cracker
We took our house-made lamb sausage and put it on a hummus cracker. Then we topped with Lemon Hummus and garnished with a fennel fond.
Makes 20 appetizers.
Instructions
- In a 350 degree cook one lamb sausage for 30 minutes. Let cool. Cut into 20 slices.
- Add 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice to 1 lb of Toski Sands House-Made Hummus.
- Break Firehook Hummus crackers into bite size pieces (just a little larger than your slice of lamb sausage).
- Put a dab of hummus on the cracker. Top with lamb sausage slice. Put a large dab of hummus onto of the sausage and garnish with fennel fond.
