A perfect grill accompaniment. Spicy grilled toast topped with grilled Brunkow’s Original Baked Cheese. You could also use Halloumi Cheese.

CHIPOLTE TOAST WITH GRILLED CHEESE
Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread thick cut
- 3 tablespoons Butter room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Chipotle Powder
- 8 oz Grilling cheese Brunkow’s Original Baked Cheese
Instructions
- Combine the butter and chipotle powder. Spread the chipotle butter over both sides of each slice of bread.
- Grill the bread and cheese over the direct heat for 5-7 minutes per side.
