Ingredients

  • Fresh Sage Leaves
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt

Instructions

  • In a medium size sauté pan, heat ¼ inch of oil over medium low heat. You don’t want the oil to smoke. It should spatter when tossing a few drops of water into it.
  • Add 6-8 leaves at a time. Do not let them touch. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Flip leaves and fry an additional 2-3 seconds. Drain on a paper towel and sprinkle with sea salt. Store in a air tight container.
